+ How do I request an errand?

You can simply call or text us at 662-312-7596 or you can download our app and use that to order. Just select items from one of the featured menus or you can use the REQUEST OTHER ERRAND page to order anything else. Then just sit back and relax, we’ll do the rest!

+ What kind of errands can I request?

Our personal assistants will run nearly any kind of errand for you as long as it’s safe, legal and within reason. You can order fast food, restaurant takeout or even groceries. Our couriers will pick up your laundry or drop packages off at the post office for you. Got a request you’re unsure about? Don’t be afraid to ask!

+ Who are the “personal assistants”?

Your own personal assistant will be assigned to you each time you request an errand. All of our assistants are carefully screened and trained to ensure your satisfaction.

+ How long do delivery orders take to arrive?

Delivery times average around 45 minutes or less, but may be higher or lower depending upon when you place your order.

+ How much is the delivery or errand fee?

Delivery from any of our partner restaurants is $2.99 when ordering through a menu on our app or $3.99 when ordering through text or phone call. Any other standard, one stop delivery is $5. Errand requests requiring delivery outside of the city limits or multiple stops will be subject to a higher fee. If 4 or more orders are placed on separate tickets the delivery fee will be $1 per order. Grocery requests may also be subject to a higher fee.

*Lazyguys charges a 9% service fee to the total of your order if any goods are paid for on your behalf.

When ordering through a menu on our app the final cost of food may differ from the estimate you were provided when you placed your order. This may be the result of any requested substitutions, additions or the ultimate prevailing price of the items. In some cases we may not be able to provide an estimate of the cost of your order, such as when you make a request outside of one of the menus on our app. In all cases, once you have placed an order, whether it be through our app or through text or phone call, you accept that you will be charged and you agree to pay for any items that you requested that were purchased on your behalf, along with all applicable fees.


+ How do I pay for my order?

Pay cash or card on site when your driver arrives.

+ Do you deliver alcohol?

Sorry, we do not deliver alcohol. NO EXCEPTIONS.

+ Do you act as a taxi service?

NO, WE DO NOT DELIVER PEOPLE. Check your local listings for available taxi services.

+ What are your hours of operation?

We accept orders from 11 am - 9:30 pm every day, excluding major holidays.

+ What if there is a problem with my order?

Contact us at 662-312-7596 and we’ll do everything we can to remedy the situation.
*We will do everything we can to ensure order accuracy but ultimately cannot be held responsible if a restaurant messes up your order.

+ What if I need to make a change to my order?

Contact us at 662-312-7596. Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes with the restaurant.
