A: Delivery fee from partner restaurants starts at $4.19 and non-partner delivery fee starts at $6.49. Delivery fees may increase due to distance and all orders have a service fee of 15% or 18%. A portion of every delivery fee goes to benefit Starkville Strong. You can read more about their mission here:

A: Your driver can accept cash, Venmo, Cash App or credit/debit card upon delivery. Orders placed on our website or mobile apps may also be paid for securely online via credit or debit card.

A: Yes! Your driver will be in touch with you when they're on your order and you can let them know you'd like a no-contact delivery.

A: Yes! Use the General Errand Request option on our website or mobile app.

A: Orders may not be cancelled after they have been placed with the restaurant. Contact us at 662-312-7596 if you are needing to cancel an advance order.

A: Yes, however there may be an increased delivery fee. Contact us at 662-312-7596 for any questions about out of town deliveries.

A: Yes! Drivers receive delivery fees, however, with the high costs of gas and vehicle maintenance we strongly encourage leaving a tip.

A: Gratuity is only included for certain non-fast food restaurants where the driver will have to order in person and wait for the food to be prepared. The gratuity amount will be included in your cost breakdown and final total when you place your order.
